The National Aquarium in Baltimore

This morning we all (except Grandpa and except Nana) went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore. It was pretty cool … I’ve been many times, but not recently. The downside was that several very young school groups came through while we were there, which made it very hard to see the fishtanks because the little kids kept climbing up and blocking the view, and banging on the glass, and talking VERY LOUDLY AND EXCITEDLY about every small fish, and then instantly changing the subject.

Yes, we found Nemo. And so did about a million seven-year-olds. And yes, I will go berserk if I hear one more word about said fish in that context. Shows you what the movies do to children.

Dude, that is my favorite place to visit on the east coast. I understand your anger at the little kiddies though. But aside from that, the aquarium is freaking amazing!

I wasn’t really angry, I guess … just frustrated at having paid the full adult fare and only being able to see the top halves of the displays.
