New look and feel
So, a new look has been sprung upon us. Or upon you, rather. I knew about it beforehand.
If you think it looks vaguely like kottke.org, well, you’re right. I happen to like his particular brand of sparseness. But the CSS code is all mine. And I used a different color for the top, see?
Tell me what you think. I’m going to be tweaking it here and there, but this is what it will be for now, since I have other plans for the weekend.
Hopefully, this new look will be a jumping-off-point for bigger and better things to come. Wait and see.

The layout says Kottke, but the colors say Cederholm.

The sparseness is grand. [That's a good word for Scrabble, eh?]

Yup.
And it’s a real word, too. So is ’sparsity’. I checked.

Oh, by the way, the footer still says “header image courtesy of BeyondDC.”

That image is kind-of freaky..

See, I’m not the only one who thinks that picture is hilarious.

Big difference here! What are you using to display the iTunes info? I use Kung-Tunes but I like that fact that yours also displays the album cover!

It’s still Kung-Tunes … but I wrote a little PHP script that searches Google with the album info (from the Kung-Tunes file), and uses the info from the first result to build a url to the Amazon.com cover art thumbnail. It’s not very accurate yet. :/
