Exhausted but happy

Last night when I got home, I felt like I’d been to the end of the world and back. Literally … and figuratively, too, in some way or another. Interpret that however you please.
I still have to figure some things out. But not as much as before.
Life is looking up right now.

Don’t you love that feeling in your stomach right as the plane leaves the ground and thumbs its nose at the forces of gravity and relativity that Earth’s spinning mass works so tirelessly to bind us all to its surface with? When life is looking up, that feeling is constant. Discovering how to land and take off again without crashing though, that is the real challenge.
